I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and roomy, serviced daily to our satisfaction, and conveniently located near the train station. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us with everything from sightseeing to restaurant recommendations. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Venice beyond just the hotspots. The dining experience catered to all dietary needs with no fuss, offering a superb selection of delicious treats. Overall, a fantastic experience with top-notch service and amenities.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were really nice and big with a canopy bed, offering a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a mini bar, ample wardrobe space, and a high spec bathroom complete with a hairdryer. Room 311 had a really good view of the canal. Although slightly small, the room was still very comfortable, which is quite normal for Europe.
